The Destroyers (Strings Edit) | New single from CNJR, out Nov. 27, 2020 via Future Archive Recordings.
____________________________________________________________

Following up on the new full-length album by CNJR, the experimental electronic producer returns with an alternate version of the lead song. ‘The Destroyers’ kicks off ‘I Can See The Church Burning Through The Binoculars’ with a cinematic, dark, heavy, instrumental that sounds fitting in a dystopian soundtrack. Focusing on the cinematic feel, CNJR returns to deliver a new version, performed entirely on string instruments, resulting in a modern-classical rendition of the composition. The melancholy & dark romantic quality of the composition is now the focus, stripping away the drums, synthesizers, and heavy guitars to leave only the purest elements for an emotive, contemplative, listen.

All strings in this rendition are performed by Elliot Kempton.
